The few times when i've called early enough in the morning to actually get hold of a real person and I came to learn 'George' is the man in charge that DOES NOT return emails NOR RETURN PHONE CALLS. I was shopping for a new cleaning service...and let me tell you, that if businesses WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK, then you DON'T NEED THEM. Thanks George. At least now I know to avoid Premier Laundry. Found out the guy that owns it is George. He actually called me back after I told the lady that answered that I was just going to leave some reviews and he left his cell phone number. Think he ever answers it or returns calls? NOPE. If you're looking for a commercial launderer, then use Grand Strand Linens out of North Myrtle Beach
